Welcome to QuickOnTime. We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the personal and device information you provide when using the QuickOnTime application for corporate attendance and time-tracking purposes.
By downloading, installing, and using the QuickOnTime application, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
To ensure the reliability, accuracy, and security of the attendance process, our application requires specific access to your device's features and hardware information:
The app collects precise location data (GPS and network-based) from your device. This is strictly required for the Geofencing feature, which verifies whether you are within the authorized work area radius when submitting your attendance. Location data is only accessed actively when you open the app and perform the check-in/check-out process.
The application requests permission to use your device's camera. This is used exclusively to capture a real-time photo (selfie) as physical proof of your presence at the time of attendance. This photo is used for identity verification to prevent attendance manipulation. Photos captured for facial verification are retained for a maximum of 1 month from the date of capture, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.
To prevent fraudulent activities, account sharing, and spoofing, we collect specific device identifiers. This includes your Operating System (OS) version and your Device Name/Model. We use this data to perform hardware binding, ensuring that attendance is submitted from the authorized employee's registered device.
The location data, photos, and device specifications collected through this app are used solely for your organization's internal operational and human resources purposes, specifically to:
We prioritize the security of your information. All collected data (including location coordinates, image files, and device metadata) is transmitted from the application to the destination server using secure, encrypted communication protocols (HTTPS). We restrict access to this data strictly to the authorized administrators within your company/organization.
We guarantee that we do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data, location information, attendance photos, or device identifiers to any outside third parties. Your data remains entirely within your organization's internal attendance management ecosystem.
You retain full control over granting or revoking Location and Camera permissions through your device's system settings at any time. However, please be aware that revoking these permissions or attempting to mask your device information will disable the core functionality of QuickOnTime, preventing you from submitting your attendance through the app.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect feature enhancements or to ensure compliance with current Google Play Store regulations. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.
